Why is it when people say they are going on a diet it is for all the wrong reason. I say that at least once a month, with no real reason why. Well for me there is, I feel fat,Just do not look it. Maybe I just want to be health.. Not, I just had a double cheese burger with fries.. I am just looking for a short cut, but short cut can be costly. Looking for a better way, need help( note:cheap and easy is good too, and no diet pills suggested)
